Data and purpose
Contact forms collect your name, email address, subject, message and submission time to handle your request. Security controls use a salted hash of the connection IP address to limit abuse. Hosting providers may keep their own connection logs.
Storage
Contact messages are deleted after 365 days. Application rate-limit files are deleted after their expiry, normally within 24 hours after the scheduled maintenance runs. Favorites remain in your browser until you remove them. A pseudonymous browser token is used to prevent repeated likes. Like records are kept for up to 365 days.
Recipients and international access
The hosting location is United Kingdom. The operator and the hosting provider process contact records. Playback requests connect directly to broadcaster servers, which may be in other countries and receive your IP address. No broadcaster is sent the contents of the contact form.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing. Contact us with enough information to identify your request. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
